AMAZON UAE WILL CREATE 1500 NEW JOBS IN DUBAI
There is a welcome news from the big name in
online shopping “Amazon”.
In an interview with a Khaleej Times a local newspaper
in United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Prashant Saran, Director of Operations for
MENA Region disclosed that the company is going to expand its infrastructure in
UAE, as the UAE economy is rapidly growing as a digital economy and in the
current world the people are preferring for online shopping, so there are lot
of opportunities to grab in this sector.
Amazon’s this expansion will create around
15,00 news job in different positions & sectors related to ecommerce.

As Amazon is aiming to increasing 60% in fulfilment
storage capacity and 70% in its delivery stations.
End of this year Amazon UAE’s storage capacity will expand to 3.7 million cubic feet which will facilitate to store million of products for sellers. On the other hand, to expand its network of deliveries company is going to add four new delivery stations to its existing network, this will not only create new jobs but better handling of goods as well it will reduce the delivery time and customers will experience better service from the company.
